Something wrong with your phone number?
Your mail is always safe — encrypted and linked to you. Choose below what is going on, and we will explain step by step what we do and what it means for your mail.
I want to change my number
You can still log in with your current number
For example a new mobile number, but your old one still works. We fetch your new number via iDIN — your bank then confirms it is really yours — and move all your mail across automatically.
- You confirm your new number with a code, so we know you can access it.
- All your mail and settings move across automatically.
- From then on you log in with your new number; your old number no longer works for Plof.
For this you first log in with your current number. No longer possible? Then choose the second block.
An iDIN verification costs a one-time € 1.49.
I have lost my number
You can no longer log in — number lost, stolen or cancelled
Do not worry: your mail stays safely stored. Because you can no longer log in, we check extra strictly that it is really you. You verify again via iDIN with your new number, and we check that manually before we move your mail across.
- You enter your old number and verify with your new number via iDIN (your bank).
- We check the request ourselves, so no one else can reach your mail.
- After approval all your mail moves to your new number and your old number loses access for good.
This too requires the one-time iDIN verification of € 1.49.
